The upcoming PUBG mobile title PUBG New State’s pre-registrations has crossed a whopping 17 million mark.
PUBG: New State is being developed by the developers of the original PUBG PC. The game was first announced in February this year and till now it has gained millions of players via pre-registration. The game is set in a futuristic setting in the year 2051. The developers have promised, “ultra-realistic graphics” that will set a new trend in mobile PC and will cross “what was previously possible in mobile gaming graphics.” The game will also introduce some new features and playing mechanics like support requests, done calls, and dodging.
The pre-registration was opened after the game was announced and interested players registered via Google Play and the App Store. The pre-registration of PUBG: New State received tremendous success taking into account the number of registrations it got.
PUBG Corp announced, “With the conclusion of PUBG: New State’s Closed Alpha, we’re happy to announce that we have also exceeded 17 million pre-registrations!” The Tweet further read, “We want to thank everyone for the amazing support, which allowed us to reach this incredible feat.”
PUBG New State will release sometime this year, however, the game’s social media handles teased that “the game is right around the corner.” It seems that the people who have registered for the game will get a notification when the game is available.
